Hi! I’m Elsie. I’m only 3 years old and I have cancer. You may have seen me in a previous version of this fundraiser. That’s a picture of me after a long day at the vet. I had lots of tests to see if my cancer had spread. No fun! Luckily, my mom (Susan Barker-Murphy) got some pretty good news yesterday! My cancer hasn’t spread to other parts of my body. Still, I will need surgery very soon to remove those 2 nasty tumors from my hind leg. It will be very costly- up to $8,000. YiKES! My mom will find a way to handle this because she loves me SO much, but she could really use some help.
