FUNKY SOCK WEDNESDAY: FOR CROHNS AND COLITIS UK

Donation protected
Hello everyone!!!! A small collective of our year may know that I am a huge fan of funky socks… especially on a Wednesday I wear them for tap classes.

So, in light of this, I’ve decided to create a fundraiser called “Funky Sock Wednesday”! On Wednesday the 4th of March, with a donation of your choice, please come to EDA wearing THE FUNKIEST SOCKS you own! Whether that’s a fun colour or cool pattern, I would love to see them!

The charity I will be donating to is Crohn’s and Colitis UK, which is a charity who are working to support those with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, an unpredictable condition which massively affects the gut and bowel. 2026 marks 10 years since my Mum, Wendy, was hospitalised with severe ulcerative colitis. She had multiple steroid infusions, a part of her bowel removed, causing her to have an ileostomy bag for 14 months and then a reversal surgery to have her bowel reconnected. She is the strongest, most inspirational woman I know, so this means a lot to me. It will also be her birthday on the 4th!

Please donate as much as you wish!
