It is with the heaviest hearts that we share that the light of our lives, our mother Margaret, passed away on Mother’s Day after a courageous battle with Stage IV breast cancer.

Margaret (Maggie) was a vibrant spirit with a smile that lit up every room and the joy to match. As a mother she always put the four of us first and loved us with everything in her. She was our rock, our safe place, and our everything. She had an unbreakable spirit, fierce determination, and way of making everyone feel loved and seen. Her kind and generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She was quick to offer a hug, a supportive word, and loved to cook for her friends or anyone in need. She was truly special and has left behind a void that can never be filled.

While the family grieves this unimaginable loss, your generosity will help us give our mom the celebration of life and funeral that she deserves.
