Funeral/kids fund for Dan Bateman

Dan Bateman was one of my DJs for the past 7 years. He was a great addition to my team because he was very computer savvy and loved music. He enjoyed playing music for weddings and corporate events. He also helped me with the photo booths from time to time. A guy that I was able to count on all the time. He always had by back when I needed him. A guy who was a man of his word, which not too many people have these days.
Dan is divorced and has 4 kids. A boy who is 14 and 3 girls under the age of 10. The main reason for this go fund me is to raise enough money to help pay for his funeral expenses and possibly set asside some money for his kids college. Dan's father, Jim Bateman will have 100% control of the funds we are able to generate.
Dan has had several health issues over the past few months. He hasn't been able to sleep and told me a few weeks ago that his biggest concern was that he would fall asleep at the wheel with one of his kids in the car. Thank God that didn't happen, however Dan did fall asleep at the wheel and hit a tree early Sunday morning (December 10, 2017). Unfortunately, early this afternoon (December 17, 2017), Dan lost his battle with the trauma caused by his accident and has passed away.
Dan's parents Jim & Marge and his sister Elizabeth are amazing people from Kalamazoo. They plan to have his funeral in Shelby, MI which is close to where he lives. They are also planning a memorial in Kalamazoo as well.
