As many of you have learned, we suddenly lost our brother Jeremy Lavender on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Our hearts are shattered and we keep asking “why”. However, we know in our hearts, sadness for losing someone is always a reminder of how much they meant to us and how much they are loved. Jeremy was happy, in love, excited about the future with his beautiful wife, Whitney. He had the love of his family and dear friends, a renewed spunk for life, the great outdoors far and wide and his Colorado Avalanche hockey team. While we are all grieving the loss of this great man in our lives, we are trying to lessen the burden of our unexpected loss, by raising money for Jeremy’s funeral and memorial. Because of his sudden passing, there was no life insurance policy, and we are all aware of the financial expenses to be expected.  We are grateful for any amount that will help us honor his life. As always, we know the power of prayer, and welcome all prayers during this unimaginable time. Jeremy accepted Jesus Christ, our Savior, into his heart, just before his passing... and because of that, we know he is safe in the arms of our Lord.
