With a broken heart, I’m asking for help for my mother after her unexpected passing. On September 5th at 8:52pm, she was involved in a tragic accident on Long Beach Blvd and 23rd Street. She was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene, and then hit by the Metro train. Our family is now facing the painful reality of laying her to rest.

This loss has affected me in so many ways: spiritually, emotionally, financially, and physically. My mother leaves behind a daughter, a son, and a granddaughter who are all grieving this sudden loss.

The funds raised will help cover her funeral costs and final expenses during this incredibly difficult time. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean so much to my family and help ease some of the burden we are carrying right now.
