As Jeff rests peacefully with God , We are filled with a mix of sadness and gratitude. We write this with such a broken heart. Despite the challenges he faced, Jeff's resilience and determination have been an inspiration to us all. Although the brain surgery was successful in removing 90% of the tumor, two weeks later was a difficult blow finding out the cancer in his stomach had spread. Throughout this tough year, Jeff has shown remarkable courage and strength and he truly fought his ass off as you know. Jeff has been out of work for the past year with these health issues. Jeff’s wife , Dawn , and son , Jeffrey Jr., could use our support in helping with funeral expenses and other costs. We will be having a funeral at Christian Assembly, details will be provided at a later date . That will then be followed by a huge celebration of life in the spring ! The Smith family appreciates each and every one of you for everything that you have done and all of the prayers since Jeff had announced he was sick. The visits have meant so much to him and us.
