I’m deeply saddened to announce that we lost a long-term Houston employee yesterday. Wilmer Escalante was a foreman that had worked for Triad for over 12 years and spent his entire Triad career at our Oxy Chemical site.

Wilmer immigrated from Honduras and shortly thereafter began working for Triad. As often happens with our company, Triad was much more than just a place of employment for Wilmer, Triad became Wilmer’s family. He will be greatly missed.

Please keep his family, friends, and the Triad Oxy team in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Also, we are asking for contributions to help cover his arrangements.
