It’s hard to even formulate words that give true meaning to the person my mother was. The one that constantly pops in my head is FIGHTER. She fought long and hard for 7 years battling cancer. Leiomyosarcoma to be specific. I won’t ever say she lost the battle because that just simply isn’t true. She gained a whole new life of peace and comfort with her passing. I was blessed to have her in my home for the last week of her life and give her the care she deserved. If you would like to help our family honor her please donate or share her story.
