Funeral Services for our Sweet Baby Nia Rose

Dear Friends and Family,

Our sweet Nia Rose entered this world on November 15, 2021, at 23 weeks due to uterine eruption and weighing 1 lb 6 oz.  During delivery, both mother, Breanna Rodriguez and baby almost died together. Upon birth, Nia Rose experienced bilateral grade 4 brain bleeds and developed hydrocephalus that caused severe damage to her brain. She also developed a fungal infection on both sides of her back that required her to go through surgery a couple of weeks after birth. Due to the hydrocephalus, Nia Rose required a shunt be out into her brain to drain the cerebral fluid to her stomach. Unfortunately, the shunt got an infection and surgery was required to remove it. Upon removal, an MRI was done, showing that due to the infection, she developed several large abscesses on her brain. This required three burr holes to be drilled into her skull to remove the abscess. Within a week of the surgery, the abscess came back, resulting in Nia Rose developing seizures and the return of the hydrocephalus. Nia Rose lost her battle on Wednesday, March 9th at 2:15am, but has gained her wings into heaven. She will forever be our angel. Her loving parents,  mother, Breanna Rodriguez and father, Tyler Turner are devastated by the lost of their sweet angel. 

We have no words to describe the grief that we are experiencing right now, and many friends and family members have asked how they can support us during this difficult time. We have set up this Go Fund Me account to help cover the funeral services to honor baby Nia Rose's life.
