Our beloved Michael was murdered on September 17th, 2020. Michael was a brother, son, husband, father and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his loving wife, six children, three grandchildren and host of other family members who will forever feel this loss. 

Mike dedicated his life to becoming an entrepreneur in order to give back to his community that he loved so much. Working tirelessly for the past six years to reach his dream of owning his own restaurant. He began with selling hot dogs using his trusty hot dog cart and soon graduated to having contracts to sell his food in different locations around the valley. From the elks, International, Walmart and even the legion. After all the hard work selling at different venues he finally opened up his restaurant Mr.links on September 8th, 2020 the same day of his 49th birthday. He couldn’t have asked for a better gift. 

We are all devastated by Mikes senseless murder and were not prepared to lose him so suddenly let alone for the cost of a funeral service. A mere nine days after accomplishing his mission of owning his own restaurant he was murdered. And now all we want is to give Mike the memorial he deserves to honor his legacy and to say our last goodbyes.

We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of Mikes funeral. With him being taken from us in such a senseless way anything will help. Mike was dedicated to the community and had pride in being a black owned business making a difference in the community.  We appreciate any donations. God bless.
