My name is Shantel , Matthew Napoleoni was my cousin and on November 3rd 2019, Matthew was unexpectedly taken from ourfamily.  We are seeking help from the community for expenses for a tomb stone and any other financial hardships due to his passing.  He was a young, vibrant 23 old man that had his whole life ahead of him.  He was throwing a surprise party for me , a night that was supposed to be about celebration ending in his death, protecting his loved ones.
