Hi all, I am Joseph's mother in law Sylvia Franco. Thursday night, January 26th, my daughter, Veronica, received a call that completely shattered her world. San Diego County called looking for the family of Joseph Williams. My Baby's face turned white, her eyes filled up with tears and she dropped to her knees. They called to tell her that Joseph was in an accident and was killed. The love of her life was taken from her and their 4 kids, Gunner 7, Athena 4, Julius 3, and Damon 7 mos. Joseph loved my Daughter Veronica with all his heart and soul. She also loved him with everything in her. I am asking you to please help us give this beautiful man a beautiful funeral.
