Funeral Services for John “Tip” Felter

Hi- My name is Lisa Barrera Odom, and I’m helping my LMHS classmate Dee Dee Felter, bury her brother, John Felter (aka Tip Felter) LMHS graduate- Class of 1985.

If you graduated from La Marque High School, then you know that we share a love and respect for one another, regardless of race, color, religion, or anything else. We are truly cohesive, and we stand together no matter what year you may have graduated. I am asking for your support to please help with John’s funeral expenses. John’s sister and brother have not been able to give John a funeral service as of today.

Dee Dee is currently in the hospital, with her own medical issues, and not able to help physically, or financially with John’s funeral expenses, nor any of the other responsibilities that come when you lose a loved one.

John “Tip” Felter passed away at the home he grew up in, in LaMarque, Texas. Sadly, John was alone when he passed away, after a very lengthy and courageous battle with cancer.

Please show John (Tip) Felter some love and compassion, and contribute as you are able.

All contributions will allow his sister DeeDee and brother Gene, to provide John “Tip” Felter with the funeral service that he so graciously deserves.

“We may not all be able to contribute in the same way, but we can all contribute in some way”.
