Hello my name is Corey Brass. I am starting this fundraiser for an unimaginable tragedy. In the sober living I operate, a resident name Rose odell resides with her infant daughter Eden. On the morning of march 11th, 7 month old Eden was found unresponsive and not breathing. Eden was rushed to cedar sinai were doctors and nurses attempted to revive her for upwards of an hour. All hope was not lost when a slight heartbeat was able to be coaxed out of little Eden, but the outlook was not good. Over the next 24 hours the heartbeat was able to be maintained through artificial means however our worst fears were soon realized as little Eden was determined to have no brain function. Eden’s mother Rose is wonderful and caring mother, that is exceptionally dedicated to her daughter. She decided to put everything she had into her recovery for her daughter and has managed to be fully sober for Edens entire life. As a single mother with limited financial means she needs our help. Nothing will ease the pain at this time, however I would like to help ease the logistical and financial burden of what is ahead. All donations will go directly to funeral and memorial services. Update: On the evening of 3/13/24, the treatment and life support for eden was ceased and she passed in her mothers arm. Her death is a coroners case and funeral arrangements will be made tbd after the coroner. Thank for your support and prayers.
