I set up a GoFundMe to help with funeral arrangements for David 'Looney' Sifuentes. All proceeds will go to his daughters Cindy & Victoria Sifuentes, to help with the cost of funeral & memorial arrangements.  My brothers  & I grew up with David, I just want everyone to know; the world is a lesser place, without the David I knew.  Donations are greatly appreciated.
