Our baby was born premature at 21 weeks and 2 days on April 3, 2019 at 8:30pm because my water broke too early from a complex infection. We wanted to fight for our baby but she was already infected by the bacteria as well. Unfortunately, our daughter Jaelyn Angel De Leon Pablo died too soon.  Our baby was supposed to be born August 13, 2019. We kindly ask for some help to prepare for the viewing and funeral expenses.
