Sarah Jennifer Lara... The kindest heart, and sense of humor, always had your back with a way of bringing people together, a helper to strangers in need. My little activist just started a nonprofit, "Healing the Hood our Way," a mentorship program for incarcerated women in transition. Her beauty style was unique; she was a graduate of Milan Institute. Sarah was a tapestry of life, a chameleon that could blend in to any culture or situation. Sarah loved all of you so much. Your gracious support, big or small, would be greatly appreciated during this unthinkable time. All funds will be used for funeral expenses. You will have a beautiful service I promise and we will make sure they do your make up perfect
