I wanted to create this page to help gather assistance for Sara in providing a proper send-off to her beloved mother and her sudden passing.
The last few weeks have been challenging to say the least. Her mother Josephine was hospitalized with the flu/pneumonia. After her hospital stay, she was then transferred to a nursing/rehabilitation home for physical therapy before her return home. We thought she was getting better. She was eating well again, she was gaining strength and we all thought she was coming home soon.
Unfortunately, Sara's mother passed away in the early hours of March 5th, 2018.
Her and her family are in shock. No one saw this coming.
With the stress of arranging payment coverage for the hospital stay, the nursing/rehabilitation home, in addition to Sara's current expenses including tuition for nursing school, the sudden cost of a funeral/burial has now been added to the list.
If you know Sara, you know she is the most giving person in the world just like her mother. She is a Radiant Founder of Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and is a loving angel to everyone she meets.
