Funeral service for Amber Jean Wood

Hi, this is the 3 kids of Amber J Wood. This is all a crazy story that dosen't feel real. Let me start by introducing us my name is (Jason M Prater Jr) I'm her first/oldest, 2nd is my brother (Jacob M Prater), the youngest/only girl (Madison M Prater). During our child hood her health began decline and she slowly lost the ability to care for herself. We were forced look into nursing home. She then began to improve minor in health but not soon later she grew sicker and weaker than we had ever seen. It came to dialysis, she was all for it for a couple months then she began to say it was making her feel weak and out of her own body. She then decided she wanted to remove the dialysis cath..which doing that placed her in hospice at (Swanton nursing home & rehabilitation) where she spent her final days with family and friends most importantly her soul was set free and relieved of pain and sickness. This fundraiser is to help us 3 kids pay for her funeral cost and final expenses. Love The 3 kiddos❤️
