Hi, my name is Milagro. I am trying to raise money for Victor Manuel Lizzaraga, my stepfather. Unfortunately, after his fierce battle with lymphatic cancer he lost the battle and died Saturday night, July 31st. We will always remember him as happy, charismatic, humble and sincere.
