Gone too soon . . .
My name is Morteza Ghalambor and I live in Northern Virginia. Recently, I lost a friend and colleague who worked for me at my accounting firm. While he only worked with us for a couple of years, we shared a great appreciation and admiration for each other.
Unexpectedly, George Turner, Jr. passed away Monday morning, just shy of his 41st birthday. George was a loving son, devoted father, caring husband, loyal brother, a great friend and a proud man . . . and he will be missed by all who knew him.
Sadly, he was taken from us abruptly and without notice, it was a blessing to have known him. George was full of life, you would always see him with a kind smile on his face. He was kind-hearted and funny. He was also dependable thoughtful and extremely bright. He was always quick to offer a friendly word or a helping hand to anyone.
As the patriarch of his family, he leaves behind five children ranging in age from 3 to 15 along with a beautiful wife, Joy. His family was the light of his life and he sacrificed of himself just to provide for them - driving more than 60 miles everyday just to provide for them. His wife and children were his top priority and now without him they do not have the resources to lay George to rest in a respectful way.
Any and all funds donated will be given directly to George's wife and children for funeral and burial costs along with any other expenses incurred during this time. Given the holiday season, I am sure you can imagine what a difficult and trying time his sudden passing has been on his wife and children. We need to give and help the Turner Family through this impossible time.
In the end, I will withdraw all the donations to a special bank account that was set-up in George's memory (which includes other kind donations) then the funds will be delivered to the his wife's personal account via bank transfer.
Thank you for your donation.
