Funeral of Aurelio Gonzalez Jr.
Donation protected
The beautiful soul of Aurelio Gonzalez Jr. recently passed on June 6th, 2022. Aurelio was a curious person, excited to experience and discover the hidden joys of the world around him. He is a beloved brother, son, partner and friend who made everyone around him feel included and cared for. He leaves behind his parents, Aurelio Gonzalez and Myrna Gonzalez Bañuelos, and his two sisters, Myrna and Belinda Gonzalez.
Despite his towering stature, Aurelio was a gentle giant. He was someone who believed in community and kinship. By cultivating his relationships with his charitable nature, he made a lasting effect on those around him, especially with kids as their tennis coach. He was a big proponent of mental and physical health, and he taught these kids that their mental wellness was equally cared for as their physical. Aurelio was driven, hard-working and entrepreneurial, all things he learned from his family. Because of these values, his thirst for knowledge and efforts to become the best version of himself never stopped.
The passing of a family member is devastating and unimaginable. The loss was so sudden, passing at 23-years old, that no family is prepared for such an event. We want to be able to give the family as much support to provide Aurelio with the memorial he deserves.
With the high costs of funeral services, we ask for donations to help cover the cost of Aurelio’s memorial to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We need to raise $20,000 by Wednesday, 06/15, to afford the funeral service. Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help the Gonzalez family during this difficult time.
