Funding for Vaughn Raines' Funeral Memorial

It is with the deepest sorrow that the family of Vaughn Raines announces his passing this February 2023. A father, grandfather, son, brother - Vaughn was a kind man, an athlete, independent and serious but also funny with a sense of humor that got him in trouble in his younger years. Vaughn was a very private and humble man who was open to hear when people were hurting. His kindness extended to friends in hard times with a place to stay and solid meals. Many of his friends, including back to the high school era, have asked how they can help and where they can send donations. We are humbled by the outpouring of love and thank everyone for their calls and messages of concern. Donated funds will be used to cover the funeral services, cremation fees and repast.

Services will be held on March 11 at 11:00 am at the Family Bible Fellowship located at 37620 Filbert St., Newark, CA 94560. We extend our gratitude to Pastor Horacio Jones for his assistance.
