It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, uncle, friend: Julio Monzón. Julio was always positive and a faithful child of God. Julio is survived by his wife Lucy, daughter Jaqueline and sons Kevin and Billy and they would like to share the following with us: “On May 24, 1968, God blessed our lives with Julio, such a sweet, funny, hardworking man. He loved God, his family, fishing and making people laugh. Despite his health conditions, his faith was solely in God. He was the strongest person we knew. He was a great listening ear when you needed one, always tried to encourage you and his jokes would always make your day.  We will always miss him but now he is resting with God."

His passing was unexpected and sudden that no one was prepared with the financial burden of funeral expenses. Please consider helping out his loved ones through this difficult time as they navigate this difficult loss. Donations will go directly to his wife Lucy Monzón to help with funeral expenses to give Julio the memorial he deserves to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.


Es con gran tristeza y pesar en el corazón que anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestro amado padre, hermano, tío, amigo: Julio Monzón. Julio siempre fue alegre y un fiel hijo de Dios. A Julio le sobreviven su esposa Lucy, su hija Jaqueline y sus hijos Kevin y Billy y quieren compartir con nosotros lo siguiente: “El 24 de mayo de 1968, Dios bendijo nuestras vidas con Julio, un hombre tan dulce, divertido y trabajador.  Amaba a Dios, a su familia, le encantaba a pescar y le encantaba hacer reir a la gente. A pesar de sus condiciones de salud, su fe estaba únicamente en Dios. Era la persona más fuerte que conocíamos. Él siempre estuvo ahí presente para escuchar cuando alguien lo necesitaba. Julio siempre trataba de animarte y sus bromas siempre te alegraban el día. Siempre lo vamos a extranar, pero ahor esta descansando con Dios.”

Su fallecimiento fue inesperado y repentino que nadie estaba preparado con la carga financiera de los gastos del funeral. Por favor, considere ayudar a sus seres queridos en este momento difícil mientras atraviesan esta difícil pérdida.
