my name is Shannon. On April 29th, 2023 I got woken up to my sisters best friend around 4:30 am. She had told me my sister is gone. My whole world shattered.

My mother told me she got woken up by a sheriff coming to her house and letting her know her daughter is deceased in Eau Claire, WI.

Sharon was amazing, she could brighten your day in an instant with her humor or put a smile on your face by seeing her radiating smile. Her energy was contagious. She will never be forgotten.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help my parents with funeral costs so they don’t have to worry. We haven’t ever really been a “family of money” and I don’t want my parents worrying about costs when they’re mourning the loss of their daughter. Anything helps.
