Drago passed away suddenly and unexpectantly on Friday, April 14th. He was well known for his sense of humor and took pride in making everyone he came across have a good laugh. He loved making sure his wife JoElla was well taken care of. Cooking was one of his favorite past times and if you entered his house you would be certain to leave with a full belly and a lightened spirt from all the jokes he told.

Drago entered the hospital ER Sunday morning with severe migraine where doctors ran a CT and discovered there was a lesson as well as brain bleeding. This prompted them to run an MRI where they discovered he had a very large mass which would turn out to be a Glioblastoma (GBM) a very rare, very aggressive form of brain cancer. They scheduled him for emergency surgery the following day. His condition rapidly declined from there shocking even the doctors. Drago would never wake up from the surgery and was declared brain dead late Thursday afternoon, he was disconnected from life support the following day and passed peacefully in his wife's arms.

Drago will be well missed for his big personality and his generosity. It's now our turn to help him by helping his loved ones with the sudden expenses from medical costs, funeral and getting him home one final time to Croatia.
