Funeral funds for Louis "Ted" Sbardella

Hello, I am Claire Sbardella, the oldest of Ted’s three children. He unexpectedly passed last week. Obviously, this is incredibly tragic and difficult for me to handle. Unfortunately, I have not been financially stable for a while. While I have recently been incredibly blessed with a full time position, I started only one week before my father’s passing. I haven’t yet had a single paycheck, and any time I take off to mourn him and visit my family is completely unpaid. This doubled stress is turning what is normally considered tragic into an even worse nightmare.

My dad was a very sweet, funny and charming man. He loved his two cats, long bike rides, and making strange meals with silly combinations, like noodles and oatmeal. His favorite spot was down by the river, where he’d sit and watch the birds and animals.

He was a very quirky and goofy guy, and very creative. He was also a faithful husband and long term employee of the state of South Carolina. He was my father and I miss him very much
