This Go Fund Me Account has been created on behalf of The Smothers Family to help with funeral arrangements and living expenses. Amy Smothers and her 4 children lost their husband/father, James Smothers, unexpectedly on Friday, September 15th.

Amy is the sweetest soul and everything she does is rooted in the word of God. She is an amazing mother to 4 amazing children and she is known for always putting others before herself. Her husband, her children, her family, her school family, and the special needs students she teaches at Kaufman Elementary have always come first. Right now Amy truly needs our help. Costs for an unexpected funeral and now being a single mother of 4 is going to be a challenge on a teacher salary.
