Funeral Help for George's Beloved Elizabeth

My name is George G. Guilkey. My wife, Elizabeth R. Guilkey, has been struck down by bacterial meningitis. She was a great woman and an excellent artist. She was a kind and loving person who went out of her way to help others. She loved children and was working as a teacher when she became sick with meningitis.

It was a rapid decline, and though we were able to get her to the hospital, the doctors were unable to stop the progression of the disease. She was in a coma for several days until the doctors determined that she had extensive brain damage. She was taken off the respirator and was unable to awaken from her coma and could not breathe on her own.

She was supporting me because I have congestive heart failure. I need help to take care of her funeral expenses. I'm looking for a job right now, but her passing has been so sudden that it has left me with few options for a funeral.
