Sadly, on Thursday the 2nd of June, our mother, grandmother, friend, and community member passed away. Ruby has lived here in Melbourne for forty-plus years on and off. Mum dedicated her life to improving Aboriginal health outcomes and ensuring that health services were culturally safe. Unfortunately, Ruby lived with dementia for 15 years and got covid which mum passed away from, so we were not prepared for it. Her one wish was to retune to Noongar country to be with her family (Mummy, daddy, sibling, and two of her sons) in Mt Barker, Western Australia. Could you please help with her wish to be buried with her family?
