Funeral Funds for Pho Pho
Donation protected
My grandma known as Pho Pho has been battling colon cancer for the past year. Judy is a selfless mother, understanding grandmother, and resilient woman. Everyone who has cross paths with her has seen her radiating compassion. She has raised her own children, grandchildren, and children who were not biologically hers and given them the best possible life she could.
She immigrated from Vietnam after the Vietnam War. She is truly a simple and innocent soul. She loves to bake, crochet, and garden. She can always recall any story with the exact details. Her favorite activity is going to the grocery store and buying new fruit.
In the past year, I have taken my grandma to the hospital on multiple occasions. My family could not understand why Pho Pho was so sick. We later found out that her Primary Care Provider knew she had cancer and failed to disclose this information to my family. By the time we learned my grandma had cancer from another physician, it was already in the advance stages. My grandma deserved a lot better.
Recently our family found out that Pho Pho has only a couple weeks left to live. The cancer has progressed to her liver and lungs. Pho Pho is on hospice at my sister’s home. My family is taking care of her in her final moments. We are doing our best to provide her comfort care as she is fighting for her life. We are trying to raise money for funeral costs and give her the funeral she deserves. We greatly appreciate any prayers and donations. Donations are accepted via GoFundMe or Venmo @ ngo_tinaa
