Michael Chrobak left this earth on August 17th after a brief but difficult battle with cancer. Michael leaves behind a legacy full of adventures and memories that his family will cherish. He is survived by his daughter Shari (Brian Schlanser) Chrobak, and stepchildren Rob (Lindsey) Riffe and Shannon (Nicodemus Ison) Schrode. When asked what his friends remember of him, the most common attribute mentioned was Michael's smile. It was ear to ear, even when covered by a grizzly beard. Shari said, "I'll never forget the way he smiled at me. You could see the love in his smile." With lots and lots of help from his daughter, Shari, Michael was able to stay in the comfort of his home until his last moments. He lived off his social security and the help of Shari.

As some of you know, Shari is currently employed with 4EG, working as shift supervisor at The Lackman. She is one of the kindest, most genuine, most loving, hard-working souls & it crushes all her coworkers knowing that she has lost her best friend so soon. In a time when grief takes over, Shari is faced with dealing with paperwork.
