Wednesday the 29th of May, Jacobs future was tragically cut short. Regardless of the circumstances Jacob is remembered by many as a loving, loyal and ambitious young man who had strong ties to his family and friends. Whilst he will not have the opportunity to realise his future dreams or forge new pathways we are endeavouring to have his resting place reflective of who he was.
We are hoping to be able to purchase a plaque to attach to his resting place that will show his name, important dates and include a simple image of him. However, this is a process that can be quite costly and any help in achieving this would be much appreciated.
Jacob would do anything for his friends and family and we are hoping that this final gesture will reflect the impact he made in our lives.
