My name is Curtis Amador, and I am humbly requesting your help to raise funds in paying for Chelsea Tavares’ funeral services. Chelsea Lynn Hacking Tavares, a friend to many, a wife, a sister, a daughter and an amazing, loving mother who passed away tragically in her home from sudden cardiac arrest on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the age of 51. With her unfortunate and unexpected passing, she leaves behind a loving husband and a beautiful 1-year-old daughter, whom she adored.
