Our mom Benita Frederick, known by friends and coworkers as Bonny, recently passed away. She started a life insurance policy earlier this year, but her health quickly declined after she developed pneumonia a month ago. Because of the timing of my mom's death, our family will not receive the full death benefit from the insurance company.
