Funeral Fundings for Alex

This morning, my family and I received the worst news we could ever receive.  

Alexander Trujillo, my younger brother had passed away early in the morning while at school.

He was a happy, smart, sweet young boy who loved running and sports. He was excited for his 11th birthday that would be on the 20th of April, just 8 days away.  Just last night he had told me he wanted a vanilla ice cream for his birthday.

He was excited to start middle school next year because he was going to join all the sports teams he could. He did his best at school and was friends with everyone.  Alex was a kind and loving uncle who would always play with his nephew. Alex was and will forever be a gentle loving soul.  Everyone around him loved him. Well-behaved, responsible, happy, sweet.....just an angel.

Honestly, as his older sister, I don't know what to write. We should be planning his birthday, not his funeral.  I was looking at birthday cakes this morning, now I'm looking at cemeteries and caskets.

This fundraiser will be entirely for the costs of his funeral and everything needed for it.
