We are heartbroken by the unexpected passing of Richard W. Boatwright II on May 30, 2020.  All those who knew Richie loved him.  He was one of the most genuinely kind, gentle, sweet and loving man ever born.  There are no words to describe our shock and sadness.  

He was to start the California Department of Corrections Academy as a Corrections Officer for the youth in March, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.  Therefore, he had no life insurance.   He was then diagnosed with cancer May 8th and was gaining his strength back after surgery.  He then suffered a massive pulmonary embolism and died suddenly. 

He had the fortune of happiness these past  3 1/2 short years with his lovely wife Sandra and two stepchildren that he adored and loved immensely.   We are grateful that God shared him with us for 38 years.  

All funds raised will go directly to Sandra to help with funeral costs and short-term expenses related to his passing.   We are deeply grateful for any support you can give.  God Bless you all.  Rest in peace our dear Richie.  You will always be in our hearts and never forgotten.
