I'm seeking your support for a heartfelt cause. My mother, who was like a best friend to me during my early years, faced immense hardships in life that tragically led her to drugs as a coping mechanism. Despite these circumstances, she meant the world to me. After I moved away and she relocated to Florida, we continued to stay in touch, until she got deeper and deeper into using and then she eventually went missing. After two painstaking years, I finally got confirmation that some unidentified remains matched my DNA that was submitted. The hardest thing for me is knowing that my younger siblings will never get to experience the same connection that I had with her, and that there will never be a second chance to give her.

Her father was her best friend, and I know she would want to be laid to rest beside him, at her hometown in Kentucky. I'm humbly asking for your help to cover the costs of her cremation and funeral services. There are very few living relatives left to help and as I don't live in Florida, I will need her remains shipped to me. At the moment, I do not know exactly when I will receive the remains or when a service will take place, I will find that out in the coming week. I will post updates on here and on my Facebook.
