Funeral Fund for Rosalia Martinez

Rosalia Martinez, age 44, passed away earlier today, November 2nd, 2018. She was a mother, daughter, wife, and my loving aunt. For five years now, my aunt had been battling cancer and earlier today, God called her home. Although we are hurting, and our lives will never be the same without her, we know that she is at peace now. She is resting and she is no longer in pain.
My aunt was an amazing, strong woman with an incredible sense of humor and a huge heart. She was a lover of life and focused her energy on being positive and finding beauty in all things, regardless of her situation. She had such a big heart and cared for all living beings, whether human, animal, or plant. Back in 2003, when my parents got a divorce, my aunt Rosalia and my uncle opened their hearts and their home (although they already had 5 children of their own, pictured above) to my mom, my sister, and I and gave us shelter, food, and love for three years until my mom got back on her feet. Although I didn't express it enough, I grew to think of my aunt as my second mom and my cousins as siblings. My love and loyalty to this family goes further than words can ever express and I am making this gofundme in hopes that I can help them, like they helped my family so many moons ago.
Fortunately, our family is very united and I know we are strong enough to handle anything God puts in our path. I know that although this will be a very difficult time for all of us, we will pull each other up every time one of us falls. I am asking you, begging you to please find it in your hearts to help this family as if they were your own because truly, we are all family and God put us all here to love each other and help each other.
