Lily was a loving single mother of 3. She enjoyed life with her 3 boys and twin baby grandkids. She enjoyed life and always found joy in everything, she never lacked a reason to laugh. She had a smile that would brighten up an entire room. When the family would gather around her deathbed, crying, she would always find ways to make us smile and even chuckle at times. Even though the family was faced with such hard times, she would go out of her way to make sure we were all taken care of. 

To me, specifically, she was a loving mother, I was her oldest of the three kids. She raised me alone and made sure that I never lacked anything in life. She made sure my brothers and I were always aware of how loved we were. She made to embrace us every single day. She sacrificed so much in life for us and for that I will never be able to thank her enough. I love you and miss you so much momma. 

My mom battled liver cancer for two and half years. She endured countless chemo treatments and surgeries over those two and a half years.  She was always optimistic that she would one day be healed. Sadly my mom passed away on October 10th due to organ failure caused by the cancer spreading.  

We've had a lot of people ask how they can help the family during this difficult time. The immediate help that the family need is covering the expenses of her burial and funeral services as well as living expenses for her two younger children. I being the oldest son will be taking custody of my little brothers, but I need help financially providing for them during the transitional period.(clothing, housing, legal fees, transportation, school supplies etc.)
