Funeral Fund for James Fraser, Beloved Marine
Donation protected
In honor of Mary Fraser's husband, James Fraser, we are raising funds to help cover funeral expenses. James passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at home peacefully.
James was a son, brother, father, grandfather, and husband who loved his family deeply. James also was a United States Marine Veteran who proudly served his country. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, golfing, and going to "Big Green Egg Fests!" He was a collector of many recipes that he hoped to share with others. While deep-sea fishing off the coast of Mexico, James once caught a sailfish! He proudly displayed a photo of the big catch and the shirt he was wearing in his man cave. This was a rare event as usually sailfish are in warmer waters at that time of year. The shirt actually has an imprint of the sailfish scales as proof this was not a fish tale! He enjoyed his drone and in the last few years had hopes of starting his own business. Around the house, James and Mary were the proud parents of Cindy the pig and Maverick, their rescue dog. He leaves behind his loving wife Mary, son Travis (wife Devon), and grandchildren; Sadie, Levi, Isla, Miles, Colton (wife Kylie), and Lexi.
