We are heartbroken to share the sudden loss of Joseph “Joey” Counts. Joey was a firefighter with Gilbert Fire and Rescue Department, a loving son and brother, and an incredible friend to so many.

To know Joey was truly the biggest blessing. He brought nothing but smiles and laughter to everyone he met. We are all deeply saddened by his passing and we appreciate the outpouring of love and support during this time of grieving.

This GoFundMe has been started on behalf of Joey‘s family to help cover some of the financial hardship associated with this sudden and unexpected loss.
