Ruby Blissard is the mom of Gary Blissard and future mother in law of my dear friend Ashley Mcwilliams. Ruby died unexpectedly on 2/27/19. She had no insurance or anything. Ashley and Gary are having to pay for everything themselves which is costing about $6500. Please please do anything you can to help. Ashley and Gary are getting married 11/2/19.
