Funeral for Robert Santiago

This past Tuesday my dear friend, Samantha Santiago Villanella tragically lost her Father, Robert Santiago.

Robert was driving home and suffered a heart attack which caused him to crash into a pole in Patchogue.
Those who know Samantha know
she was a total daddy’s girl.
Robert still lived with
Samantha and her family and he was her world. 

Unfortunately any arrangements
for a wake/funeral have been put on hold
because Robert did not have life
insurance and this was a tragic sudden
loss that was not expected.

Samantha has started selling some of her fathers cherished fishing belongings,
including his small fishing boat but
it can’t be done  quickly enough to pay thefuneral home.

Those of you who know Sam,
already know what a kind soul she is, She gives and gives to everyone and always tries to make everyone happy.

It hurts me to see her suffering not only
the loss of her father but dealing with this financial burden as well. She  doesn’t even know I’m doing this, not yet anyway.
