funeral for Mike Zeller
I am setting this account up in response to several people reaching out to me asking to help. The money raised will go to my mother who will be unable to work while she deals with the loss of her son (my brother). She is a widow and her income is the only one that she has. I want her to have time to grieve and also be able to deal with all the things that need to be done in the wake of this tragic accident.
My brother, Michael David Zeller, was taken from this world on June 8th in a tragic elevator accident (see article below). He was 31 years young and full of life. His life was just getting started. He was my mother's support system since our dad passed 7 years ago. He is an 8 year veteran of the USMC and served 2 tours in Iraq. He was well loved by all who knew him. Mike was the kind of guy that would do anything for anyone at any time. When my husband was in ICU, he lived with us for 3 months helping me take care of him and my kids. He put his whole life on hold to help me and that is who he was. The most kind, loyal, loving person and if you knew him...you were indeed blessed. He was the goofy one and always tried to bring a smile to everyone. His belly laughs were the best and Gosh how I will miss his bear hugs where you could literally feel how much he loved you. He may have been my younger brother by 7 years but I looked up to him and I will live the rest of my life trying to be like him.
Mike had no wife or kids but he was all about family. He had 2 nieces and 2 nephews who looked at him as a second dad. We all vacationed together often. He was the best son to my mom and they were so close----he always told her I love you when they got off the phone. So thank you all for your prayers in this most awful time of our lives. Thank you for helping either financially or by prayers. We need to be wrapped in prayer right now to get through the hard days ahead.
Sorry if this is rambling, I miss him so much and I could write about him forever. I LOVE YOU Michael!
