Our family is in need of raising burial costs and funeral arrangements. Martha was just about to be discharged to her home after a long hospital stay when her situation suddenly took a turn for the worse. Martha will soon be laid to rest with her beloved son, Jerry Cervantes Jr. and her husband Jerry Cervantes.  Martha and Jerry were married right before Jerry left for Vietnam.  Sadly, Jerry was killed in combat and never met his son Jerry Jr. Martha never remarried as Jerry was the love of her life. Despite tough times Martha was an amazing woman who spent her life caring for family and friends.  She always showed kindness  and had a huge heart.  She never gave up on anyone.  She nursed her mom back from the brink against all odds when doctors said she wouldn’t make it.  Martha suffered a major stroke and doctors said she wouldn’t wake up from the coma.  But Martha’s strength came through.  She wouldn’t leave her family.  She managed to regain consciousness and talk to us again.  She still asked how everyone was doing and would make us laugh at times.  She will be dearly missed by everyone whose life she touched.  Please help us raise funds to be able to give her the farewell she deserves.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
