We are pained to say that our beloved Leeraina has recently and unexpectedly passed away at the age of 31. Leeraina was a proud, wonderful mother, and a loving sister, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of those around her.

Leeraina had an unflinching and boundless love for her children and showed an immeasurable amount of love to her family and friends, regardless of the battles she herself had to fight.

My cousin Leeraina has always dedicated her life to her family. When she and her siblings unexpectedly and tragically lost their mother at a young age, Leeraina’s caring nature shone through as she helped support her younger brothers through their mutual loss. She acted selflessly, even as she herself was hurting.

Leeraina had a smile that was larger than life, and an energy that could brighten up the darkest of days. She had an enormous heart and, like her mother before her, she would not hesitate to give the shirt off her own back to help those who needed it.

We are all devastated by this loss – no one expects to lose someone at such a young age. We are all doing what we can in order to give Leeraina the memorial she deserves, in order to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes. However, Leeraina’s passing is so sudden and unexpected that our family is not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service.

It is with that in mind, and in the spirit of Leeraina’s giving nature and loving heart, that I turn to you to humbly ask for your support to help cover the cost of Leeraina’s funeral. I know that times are tough for everyone right now, so each and every offer of help means more than you can possibly know. So, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
