Hi, my name is Sophie, I’m a friend of Louise’s, who is the daughter of the amazing Karen Keech. Karen was the best mum to Louise, an amazing mum figure and granny to Max, Leila, Taylor, Alfie and Hudson. Also not forgetting an amazing nurse for 40 years.

Unfortunately Karen fell ill back in August 2025, and then shortly after was diagnosed with cancer. Karen took her last breath on Boxing Day 2025. And if anyone who was lucky enough to have known Karen, they would know that she definitely would have held on to make sure Louise and her grandkids had the best Christmas possible.

With only fall ill and then passing away within 4 months, unfortunately Louise has been unable to save enough money to give her mum the send off she deserves. So I’m setting up this go fund me in a hope to take away some stress from Louise to help get some money together to help put towards Karen’s Funeral.

Karen’s Funeral is taking place on Tuesday 20th January 2026, so please if anyone is kind enough to help donate any money, no matter how little that may be, it would be very much appreciated and never forgotten. Anything that will help give Karen the best send off she deserves.
