It doesn’t matter how well prepared you think you are for the death of a loved one because when it happens, it still hurts so much. Unfortunately, my dad, Juan Manuel Lara, passed away on Christmas Day and no amount of preparation could have made it any easier. We are heartbroken as we begin to navigate this new year without my dad. He was our rock, our hero, for he fought so hard to stay for as long as he could.

As we are getting ready to lay him down to rest, we are asking please for any donations to help pay for the funeral expenses and the remaining of his hospital bills.
